OK so it's not like I'm going to run every day but this is the day after run no. 1 and the effects are: right knee a bit dodgy (fallout from IT Band syndrome and flat feet); left hip aching nothing new, not sure how to overcome, but I think it's just a matter of getting stronger
So nothing terrible. Apart from letting me off the hook to have a huge supper and wine and chocolate. Perhaps it's the last day for that and 2009 will start with me giving up over-indulgence.
How dull.
